data engineering consultancy

A software company signs a Data Engineering as a Service (DEaaS) agreement with a consultancy. For a fixed monthly fee, it gets a pool of engineering hours and a ticket queue. Product teams submit requests: a new pipeline here, a new column there, a fix for a broken job. The vendor closes tickets quickly, and the monthly report shows strong throughput.
