The YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2026 is attracting attention from homebuyers and property investors because the new plots are planned close to Noida International Airport. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced plans for two residential plot schemes in Sector 5-A, near the airport.

According to the latest Times of India report dated August 11, 2026, the schemes are expected to be launched during Navratri in October 2026. One scheme will focus on the Low-Income Group (LIG), while another will be open to the general public. However, YEIDA is still working on the final details, including the exact number of plots and other scheme terms.

What Is the New YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme?

YEIDA is developing new residential plots in areas around the Yamuna Expressway and Noida International Airport. The latest announcement covers two proposed schemes in Sector 5-A.

The first scheme is planned for the LIG category, with plots of around 40 square metres. The second scheme is planned for the general public and is expected to offer plots between 162 and 300 square metres.

The location is getting more attention because Noida International Airport has started commercial flight operations. The airport, along with growing logistics, industrial and commercial activity in the Yamuna Expressway region, is increasing interest in nearby residential property.

YEIDA Plot Price and Plot Sizes

One of the biggest questions from buyers is the YEIDA plot scheme 2026 price.

At present, YEIDA's residential plot allotment rate in the Yamuna Authority area is reported at ₹36,260 per square metre. However, this should not be treated as the confirmed price for the new Sector 5-A scheme. YEIDA has not yet announced the final pricing and complete terms for the upcoming scheme.
