YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2026 Near Noida Airport: Price, Eligibility, Plot Size & How to Apply

The final plot sizes, number of plots, pricing, charges and other conditions will need to be checked in the official YEIDA scheme brochure when it is released.

For comparison, YEIDA's earlier RPS-10/2026 scheme offered 973 plots in Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A. Those plots ranged from 162 sq m to 290 sq m and had a base rate of ₹36,260 per sq m. That was a separate scheme and should not be confused with the upcoming Sector 5-A scheme.

Who Can Apply for the YEIDA Plot Scheme?

One important condition has already been reported. A person who has already received a residential plot through an earlier scheme of the Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority or YEIDA will not be allowed to apply for these new schemes.
