Ans: The final price for the new Sector 5-A scheme has not yet been announced. The current residential plot allotment rate in the YEIDA area is reported at ₹36,260 per sq m, but this should not be treated as the confirmed price of the upcoming scheme.
Q4. Can someone who already received a YEIDA residential plot apply?
Ans: According to the latest report, a person who has already received a residential plot through Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority or YEIDA will not be eligible for the new schemes.
