XgenPlus Storage Boost adds extra shared storage capacity to a domain, helping businesses accommodate growing email and attachment requirements.

• Use the added capacity across the domain rather than purchasing a separate storage pack for every mailbox.

Multiple packs can be combined up to a maximum of 2TB of additional storage. Availability depends on the domain's existing plan.

The first purchase may be prorated for the remaining days of the existing plan. Subsequent renewals follow the applicable annual pricing. Eligible renewals for two years or longer receive a 5% discount. Promotional codes do not apply.

Storage Boost is not available for trial domains, domains with unlimited storage, or custom Platinum plans.

Online forms help businesses collect customer enquiries, employee feedback, registrations, surveys, and other information. XgenPlus Forms supports digital data collection, while Forms Plus provides higher usage limits for organisations with more demanding requirements.

The standard XgenPlus Forms feature is included with every paid XgenPlus plan. Forms Plus is the paid upgrade for users who need increased form and response limits.

Key features of Forms Plus

• Create up to 100 forms per month.
• Collect up to 2,000 answers per form per month.
• Access 2GB of space for answers and files.
• Allow respondents to submit answers through a link without signing in.
• Purchase the upgrade for selected email addresses within the domain.

The free Forms allowance is more limited: users can create five new forms per month, collect up to 100 answers per form and 500 answers in total per month, and responses are retained for 30 days after the form is closed. The free version also requires respondents to use an XgenPlus email address.
