The plan is a low-density gated community with a lot of open space, wellness amenities and only four apartments to a floor. That last point matters. Four flats per core means two lifts serve fewer homes, your lobby is quieter, and you get cross ventilation and more natural light than a typical 6 or 8 unit floor plate.

The project sits on about 6 acres. The first phase is being launched on roughly 3 acres with 2 of the 3 planned towers. Payment plans

Two plans are on the table at launch:

• 30:30:40: pay 30% early, 30% during construction and 40% near possession. Simple and construction-linked in spirit.
• 20 x 5 flexi plan: spreads the outgo into steps of about 20% each. Easier on cash flow if you do not want a big lump at booking.

Final milestones and dates come in the builder-buyer agreement. Read that document before you commit, and match the plan to your own cash flow and any home loan you are taking.

Pre-launch and EOI booking

This is an EOI (expression of interest) stage launch. The booking process shared for early buyers is:

• ₹9,00,000 by cheque

Early buyers are being offered launch pricing before any revision, first choice of inventory and a confirmed allotment. Some initial customers are also being offered a launch gift on an early swipe. These are launch offers, so treat them as time-bound and get every promise in writing.

One honest caution. An EOI is not an allotment and it is not a RERA-registered sale yet. Before you hand over the ₹9 lakh cheque, ask for the HRERA registration number and confirm the account you are paying into is the project RERA account.
