The land and layout fundamentals here are solid — low tower count, high green cover, and real highway connectivity. But this is a developer making its first jump into high-rise construction, in a corridor that's still filling in its social infrastructure, and none of the pricing is RERA-confirmed yet. Worth tracking if the Sohna growth story fits your timeline, but this isn't a project to book on brochure numbers alone. Verify RERA registration, ask for ROF's construction update schedule, and confirm final pricing before committing anything beyond a refundable EOI.
