PUF Panel Minimum Order Quantity — How Volume Slabs Work

PUF panel minimum order quantity explained: the three volume slabs, why the whole order bills at one rate, which panels take a 750 sqm trial, and dated rates.

The PUF panel minimum order quantity at our factory is a volume slab: 3,000 sqm, 1,500 sqm or, on select panels, 750 sqm, of one panel type in one order. The whole order is billed at the rate of the slab it reaches. On 23 September 2026 the 50 mm roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets was ₹ 1,269 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab, ₹ 1,289 at 1,500 sqm and ₹ 1,309 at the 750 sqm trial slab, ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026). Which slabs each panel carries today is on the live factory price board.

PUF panel minimum order quantity: a floor, not a pack

Each volume slab is a minimum order quantity for one panel type in one order. It is not a fixed pack: an order of 3,250 sqm is billed entirely at the 3,000 sqm price, and 2,000 sqm entirely at the 1,500 sqm price. Nothing is split across two rates.

One panel type, one slab

A panel type is one thickness with one sheet combination. Slabs are per panel type, so two thicknesses are two slabs, and roof and wall are two slabs. 1,000 sqm of 50 mm roof and 1,000 sqm of 50 mm wall are two orders of 1,000 sqm each, not one of 2,000 sqm; each reaches only the slab its own quantity reaches.
