If you've reached a weight you're happy with, I think these are more useful questions than simply asking how to keep the number down.
1. What does my real maintenance routine look like?
Not the perfect version.
The version you can actually maintain when you're busy, tired, traveling, eating at restaurants, dealing with holidays, or having a stressful week.
2. What happens to my appetite when my routine changes?
Do I recognize meaningful changes early?
Do I know what questions I want to bring to my healthcare professional?
