How do I Buy Old GitHub Account securely?

Build A Portfolio Around Evidence

Instead of trying to obtain someone else's account age, focus on evidence that demonstrates your capabilities

A portfolio can include working applications, libraries, command line tools, automation projects, technical articles, documentation contributions, and open source pull requests

Explain what problem each project solves and what decisions you made during development
Discuss challenges and lessons learned when appropriate

This type of information provides much stronger evidence of expertise than an arbitrary account creation date

Be Careful With Third Party Account Sellers

Third party sellers can present attractive descriptions of established accounts
However, the buyer may have limited knowledge about how the account was created, what activity occurred previously, or whether the seller has the legitimate authority to transfer everything associated with it

There can also be uncertainty about whether the same credentials have been distributed to multiple people
A seller may disappear after payment, leaving the buyer with little practical recourse

For a professional developer identity, relying on an unknown seller introduces unnecessary risk

The Value Of A Genuine Development History

A genuine development history develops naturally through repeated work
Every useful commit, thoughtful review, documented issue, completed project, and meaningful collaboration contributes to that history

Over time, this creates something that cannot be authentically manufactured through an account purchase
It demonstrates continuity between the person behind the profile and the work represented on it
