What I Noticed at the Industrial Equipment Facility

The facility visit made the whole discussion easier to understand.

There were tanks, pipes, valves and different types of industrial process equipment around the site. People were moving between areas, checking systems and discussing different applications. It had that typical busy industrial atmosphere where something always seems to be happening.

We discussed applications across oil, gas, petrochemical, mining, pharmaceutical, power and FMCG industries.

I also noticed that pressure protection connects with several other areas of tank management.

For example, tank vents may help manage pressure and vacuum, flame arresters can have a flame-protection role in suitable applications, and level gauges or sight glasses can help operators monitor what's happening inside a tank.

It made the whole system feel much more connected than I had initially assumed.
