Airport Pickup Guide for First-Time Travelers

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How far in advance should I book an airport taxi?

It's a good idea to book your airport taxi at least 24 to 48 hours before your travel date. If you're traveling during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons, booking even earlier gives you more vehicle options and helps avoid last-minute availability issues.

2. What information should I provide when booking an airport pickup?

To ensure a smooth pickup, share your flight number, arrival date and time, destination, contact number, and the number of passengers and luggage. Providing accurate details helps the driver track your flight and arrange the right vehicle for your trip.

3. What should I do if my flight is delayed?

Most professional airport pickup services monitor flight schedules using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, inform the service provider if possible. This allows the driver to adjust the pickup time and avoid unnecessary confusion after you land.
